Problems launching the app
Have you downloaded the app but it won't start? Find out what to do if the app does not start after installation.
Please note that myBenelli can be installed on all devices:
- Android with OS version 4.4 or later
- iOS with OS version 11.0 or later
Not available for devices with Windows Phone OS
If you have difficulties with the start-up of myBenelli, please follow these directions:
Do you have an iOS device?
Access the list of open applications and close them all, then restart myBenelli:
- On iPhone models with Face ID: Swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen, then stop at the centre.
- On iPhone models with the Home button: Double-click the Home button.
If you have not solved this, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
Do you have an Android device?
- For version 6.0 or higher: go to Settings > App and select myBenelli; go to Memory > Clear Data and select Clear Cache.
- Up to version 5.0: go to Settings > More > Application Management and select myBenelli; then go to Clear Data > Empty Cache.
