Delete your account

Do you want to delete your myBenelli account?

We are sorry that you want to leave us 😟

However, if you still want to delete your account, you can follow these steps:

1. from the app homepage, access the side menu;
2. tap on Settings;
3. on the next screen tap on 'Profile Settings';
4. now scroll down the page, under the mobile number box tap on 'Delete Account';
5. select 'Yes, I want to delete myBenelli account' and then tap on 'Delete account';
   
6. In the pop-up that opens, tap 'Confirm' to complete the operation.
   

Once you have completed the procedure, you will see the confirmation message 'Request Sent', then tap 'Back to Profile' to return to the Homepage.

Please note that the timeframe for deleting an account is a maximum of 30 days, you will however receive a confirmation email once the operation is complete.
