Trips - FAQ
In this article you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about routes: before opening a request, try to see if the answer you are looking for is already here.
Problems in recording trips
Trips are automatically recorded via the B-Box installed on the bike. This device automatically records all trips and you will find all the trip statistics on the app.

Some slight inaccuracies in route detection, especially in the initial phase or where GPS coverage is not optimal, are normal and should not cause concern.
If you encounter problems with the automatic route registration, we recommend that you go to one of our official dealers or send a request to our support team.
The app does not record routes and the position is locked to a specific point
In the event that, after accessing the app for the first time and associating the vehicle, the position of the motorbike is clearly incorrect (e.g. locked at the dealer's, locked in a generic fixed location, ...) it may be necessary to update the B-Box.
For this, please go to one of our official dealers for the device recovery procedure.
The app did not record the routes just taken
In order to be able to display the routes travelled everywhere, the B-Box transmits the navigation data to a dedicated server. If the motorbike stops in an enclosed location at the end of the journey, such as a garage, the B-Box may lose the signal and not communicate the route to the myBenelli server.
As soon as the B-Box is able to connect to the GPS network again, it will reactivate communication with the server, and the route section will be automatically updated with the missing tracks.
The kilometres marked on the myBenelli dashboard do not correspond to those marked on the display of my Benelli
GPS devices can have a discrepancy in marking kilometres travelled. This deviation can depend on many factors, including signal quality. In the event of a mismatch, however, it is always possible to realign the app's kilometres with those of the bike by following these guidelines:
- From the home page scroll down and tap on Vehicle List;
- tap on the vehicle concerned;
- In the 'Vehicle Odometer' section, press the pencil symbol in the top right-hand corner;
- fill in the field by entering the correct mileage;
- Tap 'Continue' to confirm the change.
