B-Box and MOTO.BOX: Benelli vehicles equipped with B-Box can access the services of our partner MOTO.APP?

Thanks to the standard B-Box already installed, you have access to the myBenelli - powered by MOTO.APP app, which not only offers you all the services and functions of the MOTO.APP Adventure level, but also provides access to additional statistics and functions and dedicated sections (such as e-commerce, news from the Benelli world and the online catalogue).

Avendo quindi già accesso ai servizi di myBenelli, non è necessario installare anche il dispositivo MOTO.BOX.

Can I install the B-Box myself?

To purchase and install the B-Box, if it is not fitted as standard, you must go to one of the Benelli Authorised Service Centres.

I bought a used Benelli equipped with B-Box, but I cannot activate my account

Before you can associate the motorbike with the myBenelli app installed on your smartphone, you must disassociate the B-Box from the previous owner's account.

Soon you will be able to do this yourself, directly in the app. In the meantime, you can request account deletion by sending an email to supportmybenelli@benelli.com attaching:

• copy of the registration certificate showing the current holder of the vehicle;
• plate number;
• VIN;
• photo of the QR code with 7-digit numerical code.

I have purchased a used Benelli but not fitted with a B-Box: what do I have to do to be able to access myBenelli services?

Check if your motorbike is on the list of predisposed motorbikes and follow the procedure indicated: On which vehicles can the B-Box be installed?

I have a Benelli EURO4, can I install the B-Box and use the myBenelli App?

Some EURO4 motorbikes are predisposed for B-Box installation and therefore do not require any special upgrade work. Check if your motorbike is on the list of motorbikes with preparation (click here to check the full list) and follow the indicated procedure.

My Benelli EURO5 is not originally fitted with a B-Box; can I install the B-Box and use the myBenelli App?

If your Benelli Euro 5 is not among those equipped with B-Box as standard (click here fir the full list), it can be purchased and installed at the official Benelli dealer network.
