How does the B-Box alarm system work?

Once you have registered for myBenelli and associated your vehicle with an installed B-Box, check that you have entered the correct contact data (email/phone) in your profile.

Please note that in order to receive alerts from the device via email and sms, you must enter valid and verified contact data.

B-Box alarm management is always prioritised on our servers and you will receive an immediate alert in the following cases:

• theft or displacement of the vehicle (which must be stationary and with the engine switched off for at least 5 minutes) intervenes in the event of
  
  • movement of the vehicle for at least 180 seconds
  • linear displacement of more than 1 km
• discharged battery (below 11.6V);
• battery disconnected.
