What is the email address for?

The email address you enter during registration is crucial:

• you will need it as a username to access the app and in case of a support request;
• is the contact to whom we will send alerts, updates and news from myBenelli.

For this reason, during signup you will receive an email with an OTP code to be entered in the app to validate your account and confirm that the email is correct.

The address is correct but you did not receive an e-mail?

Also check in your promotions or updates folders or in your junk mail. If you haven't found anything, you can always request the re-sending of the email after 3 minutes.
