In this article you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about login and signup to myBenelli: before opening a request, try to see if the answer you are looking for is already here.

Login to personal account

It is important to keep your username and password for access to the app after your first signup. Remember that once you have completed the signup procedure, you will no longer need to re-register, otherwise access problems may arise.

To access the app after completing signup, simply use your credentials or log in via Google, Facebook or Apple ID:

Account blocked or suspended

Suspended account

If you mistype your login credentials several times in a row, your account will be temporarily suspended for security reasons. To unlock it, wait 15 minutes and try again by entering the correct username and password. Can't remember your password? Find out below how to retrieve it

Blocked account

If in an attempt to unblock your temporarily suspended account you mistype your password several times, your account will be blocked. To unblock it, you will have to send a request to our support team reporting the incident.

Forgot password

To retrieve your password, tap Forgot your password? on the login screen and enter the email address with which you registered. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

Check your email, you will find a message with "Recover password" received from myBenelli, click Proceed and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I did not receive the account activation confirmation e-mail

If you have not received the confirmation email to activate your myBenelli account, first check that the email address you entered is correct. Then check in the "Updates", "Promotions" or junk mail folders of your inbox if there are any emails from myBenelli.

If the search returns no results send a request to our support team.

I did not receive the OTP code

In order to validate your mobile number, you will receive a One Time Password (OTP) by sms.
If you do not receive the sms with the OTP code, first check that you have entered the correct mobile phone number.
If the number is correct, you can tap on Send SMS to receive a new code. Please note that you must wait 5 minutes before requesting a new sending.

If you still do not receive any SMS send a request to our support team.

I forgot my signup email address

If you have forgotten your username, try the most common email addresses you usually use and try to retrieve your password to verify that they are registered.
If you just can't send us a request.

The credentials are correct but I cannot log in

If you cannot log in, you are probably mistyping your e-mail address or password: try checking.
Otherwise, we recommend that you try clicking on Forgot your password? and check that an email arrives at the address entered. Reset your password and try again.

Why is the telephone number compulsory?

To use the myBenelli app, entering your phone number is compulsory because it is used to send you alerts detected by the IoT telematics device; alerts are received by text message and you can also view them whenever you want in the 'Notifications' section of myBenelli.

Incorrect IMEI message appears during login

In this case, we advise you to check that the data entered is correct and that the signup procedure has been correctly completed.
If the message 'Wrong IMEI' appears when logging in after signup, check that you have clicked on LOGIN and not on CREATE ACCOUNT, and that you have entered the login credentials chosen during signup.
