Where to find the B-Box IMEI code

The IMEI code is the unique code that identifies your Benelli B-Box. We need it to make sure that your myBenelli account is linked to the correct device.

This is a numeric code associated with a QR code that you can find:

• always under the seat of your Benelli motorbike (in this case you will find a sticker with the QR code flanked by a 7-digit numerical code)
• on the sticker that was delivered with the motorbike at the time of purchase (in the form of a QR code flanked by a 7-digit numerical code)
• printed on the label on the back of the B-Box (in the form of a QR code flanked by a 15-digit numerical code)

Did you enter the correct IMEI code but it is not recognised by the app?

Please note that if you have just installed MOTO.BOX, device activation can take up to 24/48 hours after installation. Please try entering the IMEI code again after this time period has elapsed.
