Association of a vehicle - FAQ

App does not recognise number plate and date of birth
Check the data entered during the association phase: remember that the data must be that of the actual owner of the motorbike. If, for example, your Benelli is in the name of a person other than yourself, you must enter his or her date of birth otherwise the system will block the association.
If the data are correct but you cannot proceed send us a request.
The app does not recognise the IMEI code
In this case, we advise you to check that the data entered is correct and that the registration process has been correctly completed.
If the message 'Wrong IMEI' appears when logging in after registration, check that you have clicked on LOGIN and not on CREATE ACCOUNT, and that you have entered the login credentials chosen during registration.

I cannot make the association between the app and my Benelli motorbike
In this case, first check that your motorbike is equipped with the B-Box: look for the label with the QR code and IMEI of the box under the saddle or check here for the list of vehicles equipped with B-Box.
Then check that the data entered is correct and corresponds to the actual holder of the vehicle. If the vehicle is a used one, we advise you to follow the dedicated section.
