What should I do if I lose my B-Box device?

In the event of loss of your B-Box, contact your trusted Benelli dealer, who will carry out the appropriate checks and, if necessary, replace the device.

Please note that in the event of loss and/or theft of your B-Box device, replacement is subject to a charge.

My bike was stolen and the police requested location and track information, what can I do?

No problem, we can provide the tracks or information on the last location of the vehicle in case the police officially request it in the course of the investigation. The request will be made via PEC.
